Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using BJJRollLab (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including free and premium subscribers.

2. Description of Service

BJJRollLab provides AI-generated Constraints-Led Approach (CLA) positional games for Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu training. Features vary by subscription tier. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

3. Accounts

• You must provide a valid email address and keep your account credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
• One account per person. You may not share, sell, or transfer your account.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

• Premium plans are billed monthly ($10/month) or annually ($100/year) via Stripe.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.
• You may cancel at any time through your account settings. Access continues until the end of the paid period.
• We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods except where required by law.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy the Service or its AI outputs at scale.
• Share your premium account credentials with others to circumvent subscription limits.
• Use automated tools to exceed daily generation limits.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its servers.

6. AI-Generated Content

Games generated by BJJRollLab are produced by AI and are provided for training and coaching inspiration purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, safety, or suitability of AI-generated content for any particular use. You are responsible for evaluating content before use in training sessions. AI outputs are not a substitute for qualified coaching judgment.

7. Intellectual Property

The BJJRollLab platform, branding, and preset game library are owned by BJJRollLab. You may use generated content for your personal or professional coaching purposes. You may not resell or redistribute generated content as a standalone product.

The preset game library is proprietary. Scraping or reproducing the library in bulk is prohibited.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated content will be accurate or complete.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BJJRollLab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@bjjrolllab.com. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you by posting updated Terms on this page with a new date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to binding arbitration.
